NPA East proudly offers elite training opportunities through its East US regional network, connecting athletes with experienced East Coast pitching coaches dedicated to helping players maximize their performance and long-term development. Our pitching coaches throughout the East region provide professional pitching instruction, specialized training camps, and science-based development programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Players across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont, as well as Ontario, Canada, can access proven pitching systems designed to improve mechanics, increase velocity, and support arm health.
At the center of the National Pitching East US region is Gardy O’Flynn, the regional director who resides in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Gardy leads programs across the East Coast while helping athletes connect with knowledgeable East Coast pitching coaches who understand the importance of individualized instruction and long-term athletic development. Under his leadership, National Pitching continues to provide players with access to advanced coaching methods rooted in biomechanics, recovery science, functional strength, and mental performance training.
National Pitching’s East Coast pitching coaches are trained to help athletes develop healthier throwing habits while building consistency and confidence on the mound. Through private lessons, camps, clinics, and specialized evaluations, players receive detailed instruction tailored to their goals and current skill level. Whether an athlete is just beginning their baseball journey or preparing for high-level competition, National Pitching’s East region provides resources and coaching support that can make a lasting impact.

Our Sluggers Baseball 3 Day Mini Camps are 3 hours long each day. In addition to our daily drills for Throwing, Infield Drills, Outfield Drills, Baserunning, Bunting & Hitting. Baseball Games will be played each day as well.

JULY 5 – JULY 9 – (Monday-Friday 9AM-12PM) COST $250
Our Sluggers Baseball Summer Camp is 5 days each 3 hours long. In addition to our daily drills for Throwing, Infield Drills, Outfield Drills, Baserunning, Bunting & Hitting. Baseball Games will be played each day as well. At the end of the week we will give out awards for the players who won competitions throughout the week.
