Justin was drafted out of high school to the Red Sox in the 17th round of the 1996 MLB draft, but he opted to go to college first. He played his freshman and sophomore year at Arizona Western Junior College. While there he was named to the All-Conference First Team both years and finished in third place at the Division 1 JUCO World Series. After leaving Arizona Western, Justin continued to play at Central Missouri State. While at Central Missouri he was named to the All-Conference Team and participated in the Division II World Series. Post-Collegiate play Justin then signed to the Cleveland Indians as a free agent. He played 17 years of semi-pro baseball and was entered into the 2016 National Semi Pro Baseball Association Hall of Fame. Justin was also inducted into the 2017 Intercity Baseball League Hall of Fame!
Justin joined Sluggers in 2015, where he now coaches at clinics and provides one on one instruction.
Coach Crisafulli was named Head Baseball Coach at Old Town High School in November 2020.
